Ginatella was founded by Gina Quevedo, born in Cuba and with roots in Chicago, New Orleans and now West Palm Beach, Florida where she calls home.  It is through this journey and experiences that Gina creates her culinary specialties but it is truly from her Cuban roots that the essence of her cooking emanates.  Baking and entertaining for her family and friends came natural and its how Ginatella was born.   


Gina quickly gained fans of her specialty bread pudding made with the finest ingredients and baked to a golden perfection.  To accompany her famous bread pudding, Gina perfected her recipe for a delectable flan and scrumptious rice pudding, sure to satisfy any discerning palette.  Over time, Gina experimented with different flavors, adding variety to her already perfected recipes.   Ginatella, the most delicious array of Bread pudding, Rice Pudding, and Flan!  Serving ONLY the local Palm Beach areas.
